This former school building from the late 19th century succeeds, not only through its stylish interior, lovely precious textiles and innumerable small details, but also with its unique concept. Supported by professionals, they train young people to become hotel staff who, eagerly and sometimes a bit clumsily, go about their business. This might also contribute to the obviously very lively atmosphere, prevailing from the bar through to the restaurant. Apparently all the locals have adopted the lounge as their favourite bar. Models drink their coffee here after their photo shoot, media and business people discuss their matters eye to eye and demanding gourmets meet for lunch in this friendly dining hall.
